FlexCalc for the Psion S3A - for that horrible end of month feeling, when you're hours need to be calculated and you've completely forgotten how to do time calculations. (Well, it happens to me, anyway). Copy:- This To ---- -- FLEX1_3.OPA Anywhere FLEX.HLP OPD\FLEX (Any Drive. This can be deleted if required) SYS$HELP.OPO OPO (Any Drive) Tom Dolbilins Help Compiler On-line Help should answer most of your questions. The Summary dialog represents what we use at work, for what we call FlexiTime. Hopefully, the majority, if not all of it, should be pretty much the same, whatever the time recording system is. Simply add the adjustments to the program in the same way as you add them to your 'Flex' sheet. Lists of adjustments are available for any specified time period, and the adjustments can be deleted and or amended at will. A Summary is available at any time (not just the end of the month) by simply specifying the day of the month you are checking your time and your 'Clock' reading. Legal Stuff ----------- This program is free, so no-one should have charged you for it. However, it remains (C) M.C.Avey. Program first thought of and work began. V1.0 released to CIX. 19/12/94. Added Purge functionality to allow file tidy up. Changed Add Adjustment procedure so it repeats until Esc is pressed. 21/12/94. Added Print functionality, to enable printing of the summary and/or adjustment list. V1.1 released to CIX. 30/12/94. Added facility to the Summary functionality to allow the user to save the current Carried Forward figure for use in the following months calculations (i.e. the 'Carried Forward' figure for December 1994 can be saved for use in January 1995). 2/1/95. Amended code to look for data files on any drive. If not found, the program will create them for the user on the Internal drive. The data files can be moved to any drive, but should be placed on RAM, due to their constantly changing nature. V1.2 uploaded to CIX. 7/2/95. Changed the date collection method for the Summary function, so out of range dates trapped correctly and cleaned up menu's etc. V1.3 uploaded to CIS and CIX. That's about it, I reckon - unless someone else can think of anything that should be added, taken away, modified etc. Please, Please, Please, let me have some feed back about this program. Do you think it's good, bad, indifferent? You're comments will be greatly appreciated! Finally, many thanks to Tom Dolbilin for making available his excellent Help Compiler. (C) M.C.Avey 1994/1995.
